Return Windows

E-Bikes: Within 14 Days of Delivery

E-bike returns must be received at SGV Bicycles within 14 days of delivery. E-bikes must be completely new, unused, unassembled and never test ridden, in their original packaging, with all parts, components, manuals and accessories included.

All Other Products: Within 30 Days of Delivery

All other eligible product returns must be received at SGV Bicycles within 30 days of delivery. Items must be completely new, unused and unassembled, in their original packaging, with all parts, components, manuals and accessories included.

Final Sale

Items marked or communicated as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Warranty and spare parts—including replacement keys, batteries, and electric or non-electric components—are final sale.

After the Return Window

We do not accept returns received after the applicable return window:

  • E-bikes: 14 days from delivery.
  • All other eligible products: 30 days from delivery.

Conditions for Returns

All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be suitable for resale and include their original packaging.

Items that have been assembled, used, test ridden, marked or damaged, or that arrive with missing parts, missing accessories or damaged packaging, may incur fees or be denied a return.

SGV Bicycles determines return eligibility following inspection.

Order Discrepancies

Report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Document shortages on the delivery receipt when applicable.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Items accepted for return in less than completely new and unused condition are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price, determined upon inspection. This includes items that have been assembled, used, test ridden or handled beyond basic inspection.
