Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the items in your order.

California

  • Free Shipping – $0.00 (eligible orders, see below)
  • Standard Shipping – $8.00–$12.99
  • Standard Shipping Flat Rate for Bikes – $24.50
  • Standard Shipping for Wheels – $25.00

Other U.S. States

  • Free Shipping – $0.00 (eligible orders, see below)
  • Standard Shipping – $15.00–$18.99
  • Standard Shipping Flat Rate for Bikes – $24.50 - $47.00 (oversized/heavy items)
  • Standard Shipping for Wheels – $25.00
  • Standard Shipping – $35.00–$47.00 (oversized/heavy items)

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Please check your cart at checkout to see if your order qualifies. Free shipping applies to select parts and accessories — complete bikes are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged the flat rate listed above.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

  • Parts & Accessories: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Complete Bikes & Framesets: 5–10 business days after shipment (due to special packaging and handling requirements)

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Bike Shipping & Special Handling

Complete bikes and framesets require special packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Please be aware of the following:

  • Bikes are partially disassembled and boxed for shipping. Some assembly will be required upon arrival.
  • We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If the box shows signs of damage, please note it with the carrier before signing.
  • Shipping insurance may be available at checkout for high-value items. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for full replacement value.
  • Carrier selection for bikes is at our discretion based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to choose this option. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation when you come in.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
