This Shipping and Return Policy explains how SGV Bicycles handles shipping and returns. The sections below provide the applicable details and conditions.
All in-stock orders, including complete bicycles and e-bikes, ship within 24 hours on business days, Monday–Friday. Orders placed over the weekend ship the next business day.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
SGV Bicycles does not offer free shipping at this time. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Eligible e-bike returns must be received at SGV Bicycles within 14 days of delivery.
Standard e-bike returns must be completely new, unused, unassembled and never test ridden. They must include the original packaging and all parts, components, manuals and accessories.
Assembled, used or test-ridden e-bikes may be considered under the exception described below.
All other eligible product returns must be received at SGV Bicycles within 30 days of delivery.
Standard returns must be completely new, unused and unassembled, in their original packaging, with all parts, components, manuals and accessories included.
Assembled or used items may be considered under the exception described below.
SGV Bicycles may accept assembled, used or test-ridden items with prior approval, within the applicable return window.
These returns are subject to inspection. Approval to send an item back does not guarantee acceptance or a refund.
Approved returns of assembled, used or test-ridden items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price.
Items with damage, missing parts, missing accessories or damaged packaging may be declined.
Contact SGV Bicycles before shipping any return to obtain approval and return instructions.
All returns are subject to inspection. Standard returns must be suitable for resale as new and include the original packaging and all supplied items.
SGV Bicycles determines return eligibility following inspection, subject to applicable law.
Items identified as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for standard returns.
Warranty and spare parts—including replacement keys, batteries, and electric or non-electric components—are final sale.
These restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
We do not accept standard returns received after the applicable return window:
E-bikes: 14 days from delivery.
All other eligible products: 30 days from delivery.
Contact us before sending an item back so you can allow sufficient time for its return delivery.
Please report missing items or order discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate promptly.
Document shortages on the delivery receipt when applicable. Keep the packaging and any supporting photographs.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, contact SGV Bicycles before arranging return shipping so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether it has been accepted and explain any applicable restocking fee.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less applicable fees and non-refundable shipping charges. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
