Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt, except for check orders which are shipped within 48 hours of confirmed check approval. On occasion shipping will be based on special sales and discounts we offer.

All orders are processed at and shipped from our shop location in La Puente Ca 91746 where our staff does its best to get every order out the door within our 48 hour processing period. If for any reason it will take longer than the listed 48 hours to process your order, you will be contacted with an updated shipping date. If one or more of your parts have to be stocked, we may hold your shipment until all items can ship together and will inform you of any delays. 

What does "In Stock" mean?

This means that the product is in stock at our shop or available for immediate shipping within 48 hours unless marked otherwise.

What does "out of stock" mean?

This note appears when we do not have a product in stock at our location, but it is likely that the part is available for special order from our suppliers. You may contact us by email at customerservice@sgvbicycles.com or reach us by telephone at 323 351-1140 If a product is unavailable, we invite you to sing up on our news letter will send you an automated email the moment we are able to stock the part you are looking for. All Wishlist items are on a first come first serve basis.

Free Shipping is only granted for orders over $75 or more in all Accesories, This Offer does NOT include wheelsets, complete bicycles or Frames Unless stated

Note: Returned items on orders with free shipping offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below the free shipping offer total. This will be charged or netted from the refundable amount or onto the credit card from the original order.

Standard Delivery

All orders are shipped UPS and/or USPS Ground. All orders must have a physical street address to be delivered, no P.O. Box numbers. All addressed must be within the 50 USA States. Do not accept damaged packages from the carrier.

Back Orders

In the event that a product is on temporary back order (more than 14 days) we will advise you by email or phone of the expected shipping date.

International Shipping

At present we do not ship internationally. In the event you are interested in purchasing items please e-mail us at info@sgvbicycles.com, with items interested in, quantity, and method of payment to be used. A customer service representative will get back to you.

Return Policy

We accept returns ONLY WITH AN RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE Without a RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Material will be refused. If one of our products proves to be defective within 3 days of your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@sgvbicycles.com and we will gladly arrange a repair or exchange. Shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is necessary due to a mistake on the part of  Sgvbicycles staff, we will send a call tag or reimburse you for your return shipping. Shipping reimbursement is limited to USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Ground shipments only. If you have any questions on our return policy or to request your RMA#, please email us at customerservice@sgvbicycles.com.  Sgvbicycles, does stand behind all the products we sell. If you feel you have a product that merits warranty please call us during business hours and we will help you take care of that. Manufacturers warranties vary greatly, so the process will not be the same for every product. Most manufacturers will have you send the product back to them, though some will have you send it to us. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless other arrangements have been made. If you have any other questions on warranties, please email us at customerservice@sgvbicycles.com.

All Sales are Final

Should you be unhappy with your merchandise we do offer exchanges "NO MONEY BACK OR RETURNS ". We will not, however, accept returns of used products, repackaged products, or opened products. We will not refund the original shipping charges in most cases

All Sales are Final ON COMPLETE BIKES AND RIMS OR RIMSETS.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Price is subject to change at any time. Sometimes prices are not current on our website and typos do happen. If you place an order for an item that is incorrectly priced, we will contact you. We are under no obligation to sell a product that is obviously priced incorrectly. We use the manufacturer's claimed weights on products and there can be mistakes or changes to a product that lead to incorrect information on our site. If you feel your item is not as described, please email us atcustomerservice@sgvbicycles.com.

Viewing Orders

If you would like to check the status of an order after it has been placed, simply log into your Sgvbicycles.com account and click on the "My Account" link at the top of every site page. From here you can check order status and edit your account information. Please note, if you edit your account information after placing an order, it will NOT edit the information on that order. If you would like to edit the information on an order after it has been placed, please contact us by email at customerservice@sgvbicycles.comand request the necessary changes.

DISCLOSURE - ASSEMBLY POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
All bikes purchased through Sgvbicycles MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic at an authorized dealer for the given brand. If the bike is NOT built up by a certified bike shop mechanic at an authorized dealer, any warranty will be void.
